Welcome to NestEdge, a product operated by Gallivibe, Inc. ("Gallivibe", "we", "our", or "us").

NestEdge is a smart, AI-enhanced workspace built for real estate professionals to organize client relationships, track deal progress, manage communication, and get insights to help them stay on top of their business.

By using NestEdge at nestedge.gallivibe.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who Can Use NestEdge

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By signing up, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are using NestEdge for professional purposes.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring that any information entered about your clients, contacts, or deals is accurate and lawful

3. Data You Store in NestEdge

You may use NestEdge to store:

• Notes about conversations or interactions
• Task reminders and events
• Deal-related financial estimates
• Calendar entries
• Optional contact avatars

You agree not to upload any sensitive personal data unless you have lawful permission to do so.

Financial Information Notice

While NestEdge allows you to record deal-related financial details for your contacts, the platform is not intended for making credit decisions or evaluating creditworthiness. You may not use NestEdge for any activity governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar regulations.

4. AI Features & Usage

NestEdge includes AI-generated suggestions and insights using OpenAI's language models. By using these features:

• You understand that outputs are generated by a third-party AI and are for informational purposes only
• You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for legal, financial, or strategic decisions
• You retain full responsibility for how you use or interpret AI suggestions

5. Communication Tools (Email & Texting)

NestEdge may provide integrations for sending email (via SendGrid) and text messages (via Twilio).

By using these features, you agree to:

• Only send messages to recipients who have given clear, lawful consent to be contacted
• Follow all applicable laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or other anti-spam regulations)
• Include opt-out language where required

You are solely responsible for the content of your communications and any consequences that arise from misuse.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted infrastructure and tools, including:

• OpenAI (for AI functionality)
• Google Calendar (for calendar integration)
• Meta/Facebook (for automated lead generation)
• Twilio (for text messaging)
• SendGrid (for email notifications)
• Cloudflare (for asset storage and security)

Your use of NestEdge may involve the processing of data by these services. By using NestEdge, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy practices.

7. Limitations of Liability

NestEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data entered will always be recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallivibe, Inc. is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits or business opportunities
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated outputs
• Legal or financial outcomes resulting from reliance on information entered or stored in NestEdge
